Bookings

Unless otherwise agreed, appointments are only confirmed upon prepayment of a non-refundable deposit or submission of valid debit/credit card details.

In the event of a no-show, or a confirmed booking being cancelled, we reserve the right to retain any deposit or make a charge to your debit/credit card for the full value of the booking. Upon notice of cancellation we will however do our best to fill your appointment slot and, if successful, we will reduce your liability accordingly.

Payment of a deposit or submission of your debit/credit card details constitutes your acceptance of these terms.
