"I went for hypnotherapy with Elaine as I was very nervous about performing presentations at university. After one session I felt more confident about doing presentations and although I was still a bit nervous they were no longer such a big issue to me. In my final year I became very anxious about sitting my last two exams and I kept breaking down with the worry about failing. The only person I could think of that could help me was Elaine. She had a very long chat with me about how I was feeling and what had made me feel that way. She has such a caring and professional manner, and gets right down to the root of your problem. She helped me to keep myself calm and believe in myself. I passed my exams with flying colours and received a 1st class honours. I do believe that without Elaine I would have been so uptight and worried about my exams that the outcome would have been much different. I cannot thank her enough. Thanks again Elaine, x."
